Churros Cookies

They look nothing like the pictures on the recipe. Not crunchy like a real churros, a bit soft (maybe i was suppose to cook them a bit longer?). Hard to say, cause they are pretty soft when they come out (you make the churro indents as soon as they come out). But who's complaining about butter cookies (with a bit of cream cheese) with butter+sugar+cinnamon topping. :)

I have no idea why it calls for so much sugar+cinnamon for the topping. I had to save more than half of it for next time! (I would also change the proportion of sugar to cinnamon. A bit too cinnamony).
