My Sunday

Another day on my own, but it was a typical Sunday.
- treated myself to a big bowl of T's chocolate cheerios for breakfast.
- more reading my book before going to church at noon
- lunch in Chinatown. Same place as the last two weeks (or three by now?...): lunch special with chinese russian borsh soup, spaghetti with some meat (today was beef tenderloin with mushroom sauce) and milk tea. All for $6.25 plus tax.
- grocery shopping for veggies.
- cooking, cooking and lots of cooking. On today's menu: banana sour cream muffins with sugar and walnut topping, beef and broccoli, and pastissio. Lunches and dinner for the next couple of days!!! Fridge is full of containers =P
