Anniversary Adventures - Part Dos

Last year, we celebrated our 1-year anniversary by going to Niagara Falls, going down water slides, eating at a casino dinner buffet and playing some putt-putt. This year, we thought we would mix it up a bit... with more thrill rides, some games and a buffet. :)

We spent Saturday at Canada's Wonderland, the giant amusement park in the greater TO area. We had never been and we though, we spent last year at a water park why not be a kid again and go to a theme park? This place was huge, with a large amount of roller coasters. Unfortunately, our stomachs can't handle them as well as we use to, and only went on a few rides.

I had a brief lapse of judgement and went on this crazy thing...

Another lapse of judgement and ended up on the water log ride... when it was cloudy and cold. That cost us $5 to dry ourselves off in the giant drier.

The place is owned/operated by the parks that have a Snoopy / Peanuts theme. They were celebrating Snoopy's 60th birthday that day, with a big celebration and fireworks at 10pm. We didn't last that late... But we did have fun with Snoopy.

Skeeball is always fun.

On Sunday, we celebrated with an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet, followed by a little bit of shopping. We also treated our tired feet (again, that park was huge!) to foot massages.

T and I have different paces at the buffet.

The anniversary celebration continues tomorrow! T gave me the best anniversary present: tickets to go see MB (last name like bubbles) live in concert! So exciting!
