Other Happenings

Our days have been busy with packing, renovating, packing, cleaning, moving, more renovating and more cleaning... Even spent my birthday weekend running errands for the apartment.  But at least I got to spend a nice fun evening with friends, eating all-you-can-eat-sushi and surprise birthday cake :)  After having given up beef and fried foods for lent, I enjoyed eating lots of little plates of enoki beef rolls (mushrooms wrapped around a thin slice of beef) and chicken katsu.  Hehe.
