Post Updates

I just went through recent posts and thought I'd give a quick update and follow-up to some.

Seriously!?!: We got the news MX airlines cancelled all flights while we were in San Diego, so we phoned AA later that night (hard to enjoy the sights of SD when you are panicking about your Christmas holiday). Lucky us we booked through AA, 'cause they were able to put us on flights with good times and just one connection. We now arrive home in the afternoon, instead of 8pm Christmas Eve, though it means waking up really early to be at the airport by 4am. But we'll take it!!! That itinerary would have cost us over $500 more than what we paid (which is why we went with MX in the first place...). Even more lucky, we are now in the running to hopefully get upgraded. :)

Flying West & Connected: Here's a quick summary of the rest of our San Diego trip.
- Visited a model railroad museum. I'm a dork.
- Rented 2 cheesy romantic movies for $1.
- Stayed up 'till 3am watching cheesy romantic movies.
- Had so much fun at Sea World with my brothers and Chamu.
- Won a giant Shamu.
- Enjoyed our friends' beautiful wedding.
- Landed 117 aircrafts on Flight Control for iPad. [Update: Oops. My score wasn't that high. It didn't last long either. T's mom got 139 the day after.]
