Mmmmm. Cake.

My favo(u)rite cake to make: blueberry coffee cake. I tend to have to explain that even though it's called coffee cake, there is no coffee. The last couple of times I made it with strawberries. That was my plan, but some of the strawberries were not great, so I mixed it with blueberries. Mmmmmmmm. It's light and fluffy. Perfect snack, night or day. Must restrain myself from eating too much so late at night...
