A new restaurant opened in Chinatown. Nothing special from the outside but we noticed it because of its Spanish name! Today we saw part of its menu, which made me chuckle. I don't think it's a Flor de Mayo, but I'm intrigued and might have to try one day.

I also pointed out to T that the use a K instead of a G for certain Chinese words is a common Spanish thing (not just us Panamanians), as evidenced by the "jakau siumai" (vs. ha gow) and "kay" for "gai" chicken. =P
