Pumpkin Cupcakes

With chocolate chips and walnuts. And cream cheese frosting. The cupcakes are not great, they have honey and no sugar so they taste plain. Needs the icing to get any flavo(u)r. But I figure I'd blog cause it's my first time pipping icing. Definitely need some work on how to make icing properly and pipe it nicely without the super sticky mess.

Reason to make: had some leftover pumpkin purée from a recent bake sale at work (made pumpkin pie bars, which were another disaster...). Both recipes will not go into my baking stash.
