Mini Prep

Our latest addition to our kitchen. I love the color. We almost bought an orange one, but when we tried to pay the "system was down" (where are we, Panama?!). We left that store and ended up at another one where they had better colors!

Compared to it's siblings, who were birthday and wedding gifts the last couple of years, this one was born in Canada. Hence, it's bilingual. The instruction booklet is also double the size, hehe - there I was wondering why such a tiny appliance needed such a big book. Now we are ready to hacher and broyer!
